New Season, New Farm (in a collective sense)!

One of the many, many, oh so many things that I love about our farm and CSA in particular, is that every season it changes! 2015 is no different: new members to join those returning, new crops, new family milestones (Pearl's on her way to walking!). I have had so much fun catching up with returning members and meeting new members the past 2 weeks. I love the excitement the new members bring to our program, it's electric! This weekend we will have our annual 'On the Farm Day' for members to come out, tour our fields, ask us questions, meet other members and watch Aaron give demonstrations while trying to juggle our girls (he's so good at that!). Every time I think about the fact that each year there are members of our community who call our farm "their farm" puts a HUGE grin on my face. It's happening right now! :) I can't wait to show everyone around their farm. I'M STILL BEAMING! I have so many fantastic pictures to put in the gallery, I promise I will work on that soon. In the meantime, please check out our Facebook page. Adriana Haslam, one of our amazing CSA members, has been chronicling the waste-less usage of her CSA share each week.
